KVD-30 Very low frequency HV generator
The KVD-30 represents a compact and lightweight unit from KiloVolt with a large LCD display and integrated printer for ultra-low frequency (0.1, 0.05 or 0.02 Hz) testing of XLPE cables up to 30 kV.
Features
- Displaying information of output current, voltage and waveform with high accuracy
- Overvoltage protection: if the set limit is exceeded, the device will automatically shut down in less than 20 ms
- Overcurrent protection: if the current setpoint is exceeded on low voltage side, the device will automatically shut down in less than 20 ms
- Protective resistor in the design of the high voltage output of the voltage amplifier, which eliminates the need for an external protective resistor
